USI liked how clean and friendly it was. The little plaza inside was such a nice place to meet and converse with others. The staff was wonderfully friendly and helpful. It was close to the beach and to the rest of the town.

USUSReally nice property with decent bed and bathroom. For the cost this place is unbelievable. 2 minute walk to the beach and shops. At the quiet end of San agustinillo which was lovely. Pretty easy walk to get to the more bustling Mazunte, 15 minutes or so. My room was a single with a full bed and bathroom. Ceiling fan as well as an oscillating fan that I could plug in. Shower was nice, good water pressure. No hot water but honestly why would you need it in 85 degree weather? Room service came daily to change the sheets and tidy. Staff was very friendly and they have a bistro where you can get breakfast or drinks. Just the perfect tucked in little spot. I would absolutely stay here again.

CAI can't say enough what a wonderful Posada this was! I booked for 4 days but ended up staying there for 15 days. The room was clean, bed comfy, good lighting, nice seating outside the rooms so you could chat and meet other travelers or relax. The wi-fi worked perfectly. The Posada courtyard is filled with beautiful trees and plants, it is so pretty -you truly feel immersed in nature. The staff were awesome so friendly and helpful. I especially enjoyed my chats in the evening with Dulce, the friendly staff who was so helpful. and fun to chat with. Had a chance to meet the owner who was very friendly and wanted to ensure I enjoyed my stay and asked me if everything was ok. There is a lovely bar/restaurant on site with yummy breakfasts/food and lovely lattes/espresso served and other beverages and cervazas. The location is awesome, across the street from the beautiful beach, close to stores and restaurants. This place is heavenly and I will definitely return!

There was no bug net, so we got eaten alive every night with plenty of ants and spiders. Very dark at night with unreliable lights. The only way to cool ourselves off was to take a shower with the cold water as the fan and the room almost made it hotter in the room then outside which made nights particularly uncomfortable.
