As expected was clean. Staff were helpful, near by you can find supermarket, cafeteria…

It was very noisy day and night from the AC units outside, even tho’ it was mentioned than they provide ear plugs, it’s uncomfortable. You need grab to reach out as a tourist.

Very clean, accomodating staff, breakfast was great , ample free parking with supermarkets next door, beds were comfortable and bathrooms clean with free soaps, shampoo and towels. Value for money

The ground floor rooms windows faces the lobby...so anyone wanting privacy might request the first floor. Location is not central, but if you are driving its not a problem

- Free drinking water for refilling - air conditioning - bed - Shampoo and shower gel available - Toothpaste available - Very modern - Shower is warm and has a good water jet - Breakfast was excellent (except on one day the boiled eggs were too soft, so that the egg white was still liquid - but everything else was top and great selection) - late checkout time - nicely furnished - was able to stow my suitcase here after checkout and still stay in the hotel...

- Wifi (was hardly usable on the 1st two days, you could log in but nothing charged) and mobile internet reception in the room not so good (which kept me from working) - But on the last two days the wifi worked. - 2. loud construction work in the morning, which kept me from sleeping - Location (to Semporna to Oier is relatively far and Grabs do not accept immediately) - some long dark hair in the room on the floor ... I myself have blonde hair, so these are not mine 😅 - The door is locked with a grille in the evening, but you don't have a key for it. That's a bit inconvenient. I actually wanted to do my laundry one evening... However, I didn't do it because I had to wait when I entered the hotel for someone to unlock the gate for me
