Lovely staff and good breakfast in the morning.

The cleaning of the room could be improved.

Very clean, very comfortable bed, large room, great generous breakfast and small kitchenette facilities. Secure. Friendly responsive staff. Is about 10 minutes drive out of Semporna town and grab is easy to get to and from. A note that rooms all open onto the common area so can be a bit noisy at breakfast but they provide ear plugs. Highly recommend.

The room is within another room, if that makes sense. So accoustics are bad and you can hear a lot . Also you were not allowed food in the room.

A little bit feel like sweet home, nice simple and cozy. The staffs are friendly. At one time, we’re stuck because we’re waiting for the grab to go to the jetty but no grab car would accept us at that time. The staff offered us to hop on their car and sent us for free. Really glad they are willing to help. Really appreciate.

The floor feels sticky. Maybe need to improve on this

Breakfast selection was so good, & staff couldn’t have been more helpful if they tried! Even Took us into town and tried to help find a phone repair shop for us and helped with transfer to the bus station. Good knowledge of local restaurants and tour providers too, thanks for having us :)

Sound travelled a little bit inside the hotel but offered ear plugs to help the problem so no issues
