Absolutely everything what an amazing stay lovely friendly staff room was outstanding food was incredible excited to visit again the manager was absolutely beautiful and went about and beyond to make out stay as pleasant as possible

Beautiful location. Amazing staff. Lovely hotel and I could only think of minor (petty) things to improve it. I will return and recommend to friends.

I was in the (very) small single room. It would have been even better with a small chair in the room and a bathroom mirror lower down as I could only see my forhead.

Magnificent views over the rolling hills. Friendly helpful staff. Lovely food. Room was very clean. It was a lovely stay.

Nowhere to put wash bag in bathroom. No hooks on back of doors to hang clothes. Small details would improve stay enormously.

The property is beautiful within a perfect setting. Facilities are great, nothing better than sitting in front of a fire with a drink. All the staff were friendly, helpful and professional. Food was fantastic. Rooms are well thought out, clean and comfortable.

The only thing we weren’t keen on was the music in the restaurant during our evening meal. It was a busy evening on the weekend before Christmas and there was a ‘club classics’ playlist which was really annoying whilst trying to enjoy your meal. Christmas music would have been perfect or evening something more mellow.

Room was under the restaurant so was very noisy you could hear people talking, music and lots of walking about of staff and customers Food was very average
