"Great location"

Location was perfect, close to Bart and university. And downtown vibe.

Room not serviced, which would have been ok if I knew or they provided more than one morning of coffee

"Best place for an overnight in Berkeley"

This is my go-to place to stay in Berkeley. It’s not fancy and the room finishes are sometimes a little shabby, but the rooms are nicely sized, always very clean, the beds are comfortable and it’s safe (love the parking, too). Also, the front desk staff are kind and helpful - and have been for all the years I’ve been coming here.

Pillows are too hard.

I am hesitant to say that I think there were fleas in my room, as I received many small bites to my ankles.
