The Melrose was located perfectly for what we needed. We were able to park and walk everywhere which was a bonus.

Listing said every room had full kitchens which they did not.

"I picked the cheapest place and got what I paid for."

The location is superb. Easy walking distance to the beach, or restaurants. Parking was easy in the off-season but would be difficult during the summer.

The building is old and the floors, and even the beds are uneven. There is no door to the bedroom. Door to the hallway has a huge gap under it letting in light. The shampoo provided was just a bottle with no cap. There weren't enough blankets for all the beds.

"Misleading location"

On the map it showed that the Melrose was on the beach when in reality it’s one block off the beach.

The faucet handles need tighten. they are almost falling off. Coffee pots in the room would also be nice.

Location was great

The carpet was damp, it smelled mildewy The comforter was so cheap feeling It felt more like a boarding house
