Bed uncomfortable radiator making noises all night couldn't sleep bar shut at 11pm but noisy people downstairs until nearly midnight. We were there for a birthday dinner, the children's food came out last piping hot children's food should've been served first.so the parents could eat theirs in peace, after cooling the children's dinner down.

Staff were super friendly and welcoming, the bar was nice and cosy. We went to the attached restaurant on our 2nd night and the food was beautiful and reasonably priced for the quality This was our 2nd stay and will probably continue to use this hotel for our trips to the NEC as its only 30mins away

One of our group said their double bed wasn't very comfortable and the bathrooms a bit snug but other than that it's well worth the money

As I needed somewhere last minute and used to live in the area I chose this place based on memories from years ago and wasn't disappointed. We all slept well before our long drive home to Anglesey.

There was a noise that was on and off all night but not loud enough to wake the children
