Mould in bathroom, exposed wires in light fitting in bathroom, very uncomfortable beds, you could feel every spring. Sharp exposed edges on broken bed.

The room was quiet and reasonably maintained

Staff are rarely seen as they spend more time in the restaurant. This means we have to ring a bell for drinks/check in. Some locals were too rowdy as there was nobody to keep an eye on them. The rear of the bar was untidy with DIY items scattered along shelves in full view.

Staff were great. Food at the restaurant was amazing. Overall we had a great stay and would definitely return. Comments below are just for your help to improve the room, definitely not a complaint

Had to go down and ask for WiFi code. More sockets would have been handing with 5 of us wanting to charge phones etc. maybe a four way socket would have been useful as adding sockets would be tricky. No lock on bathroom. One of the double beds was very noisy and mattress was a bit uncomfortable

Always stay here due to location due to seeing family

The lady who let us out the next morning ! Had we not found her we would have been stuck ! And the locality

Lack of lighting - or no lighting - this lobby to our room was dark with trip hazards ! Not ideal The access route up spiral stairwell was dark and unlit - or the other one was busy with diners!! And a steeper and rather dim stairwell A fan or something kept clunking off/ on every 20-30 min for 10-15 min throughout the night disturbing sleep

Hot tap wobbly, cover missing off bathroom light
