"A lovely location and friendly staff."

Extremely helpful staff. Easy to walk from on a quiet road up into town. Close proximity to the cable car. Lovely riverside walks on the same level on both sides of the bridge.

The cold tap in the bathroom could not be turned off.

"Bassa mini break"

Basic and clean, with the odd quirkiness of an old building making it different and unique. Virtually next to the river bridge with Percy's cafe over the road. Very good location, lovely staff at the ground floor bar where we checked in, and were shown round. Happy with stay.

There's nothing we didn't like.
