Great small hotel with great views on the valley. Friendly staff. Easy to walk straight to Ella Rock via Kitha Ella station

No food option so need to use nearby restaurant. Further away from the centre so need to consider taxi rides to o move around.

We really enjoyed staying at Mountain Face Inn. We couldn’t wish for more - the place was stunning. It was very clean and the views were amazing. We had a lovely breakfast included. Anush was so helpful! We loved him, he was very nice and took us to all of the places that we wanted to see. He was so nice and you could see that he is passionate about what he’s doing. Would recommend this place 100%, it’s a hidden gem!

staff here are so lovely, they couldn’t do more to accommodate us one example being when we arrived they prepared us a lunch so we didn’t have to go into town after travelling all day. view is amazing and we loved the private balcony with table, chairs and even a mini swing - absolutely perfect for just chilling out. breakfast was plentiful, the espresso coffee is charged as an extra but is made really well so worth it.

the location from town is a little far but the host arranged tuk tuks at a very reasonable price and they were always readily available at the drop of a message, they even dropped us at the station free of charge on our departure. there are also a few restaurants within walking distance, the one we tried even had a pool table which was a nice touch instead of venturing into town.

We loved everything! Family with 2 teens, stayed in the cabana (Superior Double room with Mountain View) which was perfect for us. The views are breathtaking. It really is a special location - a short tuk tuk ride from busy Ella, it's quiet and peaceful. Watching the sunrise from the bedroom's balconies was a treat. Delicious and plentiful breakfast and great proper coffee, again served with a view. Anush was a standout host. He went above and beyond, not only at the accomodation, but in helping to track down and return a lost bag at our previous location. Even a week after we left, he was still helping with the unreliable courier situation. The cabana is new and has just what you need.

Wifi was a bit hit and miss but it was being worked on.

What a beautiful place to stay. Wonderful friendly staff. Amazing views. Fantastic breakfast. Fresh coffee and tea always available. If you decide to go here look at the cabana it’s so beautiful.

Die Lage ist sehr schön und man bekommt den Trubel in der Stadt nicht mit. Das hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Alle sind super nett und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war lecker und es gab große Portionen - und es gibt richtig leckeren Kaffee :)

Чудесный гостевой дом с шикарным видом на изумительные горы. Особенно рекомендую встречать рассвет в 6 утра на балконе - это бомба! Очень добрые и приятные хозяева. Отличные вкусные местные завтраки, помощь по всем вопросам, мы даже попросили повозить нас на тук-туке по местным достопримечательностям. Огромное спасибо за все!
