GBGBGreat, proper, pub, wonderful location, amazing staff, friendly, caring and helpful (went out of their way to provide some gluten free beer) . Then add the open fire place with the proper, flavorsome and substantial food on the menu…….this is the icon of a ‘real’ Dales pub, that are sadly being lost ….. so very grateful to have been able to visited!!!
Not much, but to be picky…..not much ;-)
We stayed for a night with our friends and had a meal and drinks in the pub after. Dale the member of staff who looked after us all night was the most hospitable person I’ve ever met. Also David the owner was very friendly, we came for a fun night away as friends and were not disappointed. 10/10 for hospitality and cleanliness we will definitely be back
