Large room, clean, comfortable bed & bottles of drinking water appreciated.

Paid extra for guaranteed parking but lots of free parking available on arrival. No heating on in room so took a long time to get warm as it was a cold night. Would of appreciated heaters on low at least for arrival.. Heated towel rail not working in bathroom.

We had a nice spacious room with comfortable bed, the staff at the property were very welcoming and polite. We intend to book at this property again when visiting the Bedale area.

Great place to stay which was very accessible from the motorway but tucked away in a quiet village. Staff we very welcoming and helpful. Room and food were excellent.

Breakfast good and met expectations though more attention to the provision of gf cereal and bread is needed. Friendly and warm welcome. Value for money.
