"Fabulous hotel right in the centre of Hebden Bridge"

Great location - right in the centre of Hebden Bridge. Car park at the back is small but we managed to get a space. Decor in rooms is very nice and we had a lovely view of the river. Nice extra touches like the Neom diffuser and lovely toiletries in the bathroom. Breakfast was five star with a good choice on the menu.

"A very nice characterful hotel in the centre of the town."

Lovely old well-appointed property in the heart of a very nice town. Rooms good.

No parking was available. Breakfast was average with very little on the self-service bar (only juice) and some overcooked items. More than £180 per room per night is rather high. Evening dinner was good but service very slow (the meal took three hours).

Hotel was the perfect place for a winter break - comfortable, warm rooms, amazingly friendly staff, lovely bar with a wood fire and a terrific breakfast with vegan options. The weather even cooperated with a bit of snow!

I really can't think of anything. Heating went off on our last morning but didn't affect us. Also my avocado toast came with 3 pits in it, which I thought a little strange but made us laugh!

"Don't look anywhere else in Hebden Bridge!"

The room was perfect. Slept so well with the sound of the river close by. Breakfast was fabulous. Local fresh ingredients cooked perfectly.

Very dog friendly. Staff friendly and helpful. Room large and bathroom good.

Food disappointing, particularly breakfast. No cereal choice or fresh / dried fruit options, no decent bread.

"Lovely break that was well needed and the staff were fantastic"

Central location fantastic staff really comfortable bed and lovely big room

Lack of maintenance we had no main light for four of the five nights spent there despite asking three times for it to be fixed we had to manage with just wall lights which was no good at night time

Beautiful room, excellent food, lovely breakfast. Friendly staff.

Parking was tricky but expected as a period property in Hebden Bridge. Passing the food waste outside near the bins was a shame as the rest of the property immaculate
