Lovely pub in heart of hebden bridge. Chalet rooms at the back are great - big, clean and comfortable. Food is delicious and staff were friendly and helpful.

Parking can be tricky - be great if hotel could allocate guest parking?

Unfortunately, my room was very cold, especially the bathroom. Otherwise, everything was great.

The hotel is gorgeous! The breakfast area is very lovely and the staff are very accommodating and friendly. We also brought our Spaniel and it was extremely dog friendly. The room itself was huge! really spacious and clean, with a stand alone bath and enough hot water to fill it. In the heart of Hebden and would definitely stay again. Thank you

I was very pleased with everything with our stay. The only thing that should be emphasised is parking. We managed to get parking nearby but it would have been nice to be warned that although parking onsite, it often gets full.

The manager was extremely accommodating and the extra bottle of bubbly for my girlfriends birthday was just such a kind touch. The room was beautiful, clean and such a good night sleep on a comfy bed. Staff were all friendly and helpful. Breakfast was so nice and lots of hot food choices. Location perfect for being in the hub of Hebden bridge.
