Check in was very easy with helpful and friendly staff. The room was outside of the pub. It was clean and comfortable with little extra touches. The pub itself was within walking distance of the town. We chose to eat dinner in the pub. The food was excellent as was breakfast the next day. Perfect stay.

Good location in center of Hebden bridge and room was a good size. Lovely food and staff.

The car park is rather small and difficult to get in and out off.

We stayed in one of the courtyard rooms, which was beautiful, everything had been thought about and it was really comfortable and spotless. Breakfast was beautiful food, with plenty of choice and perfectly cooked, as was an evening meal we had in the pub. The staff are all really friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. Would highly recommend.

Stunning spacious and spotlessly clean room, with big bathroom. Stayed in the rooms at the back of hotel s had our own entrance. Good choice for breakfast. Breakfast was good quality and well cooked. Bed was comfortable. Great location in the centre. Literally 1 minute into to main square.

I can’t fault anything, however my husband did find the pillows too soft, so maybe provide one soft and one firmer. But that’s the only criticism.

Beautifully decorated clean and very warm and welcoming . Great facilities

Pillows were a little plump for me an bed has a wooden foot end my husband is 6:4 and so they were a bit short for him
