The staff were all very polite and welcoming

Room pretty basic

Was reasonably priced, with a comfortable bed and the room was clean and the cooked breakfast was very good

The room was a little dated especially the bathroom and there was no parking but there was a car park at the rear but there was a charge. It was a bit noisy but expect that as was a public house

breakfast, and dinner were excellent,food delicious, good size portions, the room was a little old fashioned, but in keeping with the Hotel.

Meal on the first evening and breakfast next morning were exceptipnal. Staff were friendly

The noise. It was unfortunate that there was a band playing which was so loud that we could not hear our television and it continued until just after 11.00. Yes we appreciate that Saturday night is music night but we weren't aware of this beforehand, and even in our room we could hear every word the singer said. The shower was just a bit more than a trickle, very disappointing, although the power from the taps seemed quite strong The extractor fan was very noisy and the toilet took a very long time to refill and didn't flush easily.
