Excellent staff and good breakfast.

Tired decor. Shower had little water pressure.

My initial impressions were the pub was a little tired and full of locals but my room was great and everyone was very friendly! The food was delicious and my room had everything I needed to enjoy my stay at a very central location in the town. Good value for money at todays prices.

Warm welcome, Jason carried my suitcase up the stairs, food was very nice and plentiful, staff were very friendly, the room was large so plenty of space. Nice comfy beds, bath with shower, who doesn't like a bath?

We had trouble with the lock on our door, but it was sorted out . The lack of car parking for guests, we had to pay in the normal car park, I believe the pub took out parking spaces to make the garden bigger.

The food was ok But They have a sign up saying “ car park “ but your not allowed to park despite 4 bays marked out Only the managers car allowed parked across the 4 bays You have to park on council car park at rear and pay The rooms are out the front single glazed and road traffic keeps you awake
