"3rd trip in 3 years - we love the Coylet!"

10.0

This is the 3rd time we've visited. My daughter is at Uni in Glasgow, so we stay annually at the Coylet to walk and climb in the Highlands, swim in teh Loch and generally catch up. We keep coming back - I think that tells its own story.

"Cozy and relaxing stay in the Snuggle doon pod"

10.0

We stayed in the pod and it is compact and cozy. It has everything you need. Even had a wee bottle of milk and a lovely fresh loaf as well as little butters, jams teas, coffees and also little tubes of oat milk, salt. Lots of lovely quirky bits of decor. Kettle, toaster, 2 ring hob. Bird box on the deck which let us watch the birds come and go, better than watching TV. Hot water bottle, blankets and heaters so we were very cozy. We LOVED it and will be back.

Personal opinion the bed was very soft. Although there were blackout curtains on the main window/door the kitchen window has no covering for privacy or light. Would be good to have instructions for the hob as it took us a while to work it out. Shower is hottest when pressure not full on.

"Ruined Xmas for us, would not recommend this to anyone"

3.0

They say they do breakfast on request. We asked and were told they no longer do it.

We booked in for three nights on 24/12. On Christmas Day we couldn't get anything to eat as the dining room was fully booked. They would not bend on this. Utter rubbish, as a resident they still said no.

"Beautiful views and friendly staff. Welcoming bar and cute puppies!"

8.0

Amazing view, full bar downstairs, great food.

No block out blinds with a 4.30am sunrise. Bit too far out of town if you don’t have your own car.
