The Coylet Inn by Loch Eck

The staff couldn’t have been any more nice or helpful from the minute we walked in to the minute we left!

It was a beautiful old in that was maintained well cozy and comfortable felt very homely

The room was big and the view was fantastic

Location of Coylet Inn is lovely.

I booked a lochside view room-and had assumed we would be staying in the actual inn which seemed quaint and cosy. On arrival we were told our room was actually in a separate house about 100m or so from the inn itself. In terms of loch view-yes you could see the loch but from afar, the view was hampered by a driveway that felt like a quarry. The room itself wasn’t too bad-clean and decent bathroom. Except for the mould on the skirting board.In summary-not what I had envisaged- I was planning on playing chess by a fire with a drink in the inn. However it is grand if you are simply stopping over for a night in between places.

The staff were lovely and made us feeling very welcome. The food was amazing! We had a loch view room, the view from it was stunning! Very clean and very comfy. Will be coming back again *****

A couple of little spiders webs in the corners but otherwise really clean
