The Coylet Inn by Loch Eck

A cosy place to stay in a beautiful location. The hosts were lovely. We will definitely go back.

Lovely old fashioned coaching inn, fabulous location, good food and spotlessly clean, my room was small but very comfortable, I had a great nights sleep in a lovely bed, even waking up to watching the Red squirrels feeding outside in the morning.

The staircase up to the bedrooms was interesting to say the least, but it just added character to a lovely old traditional Scottish coaching inn.

The location was excellent. The room was clean and comfortable and the food was good.

Staff had the attitude of just doing enough. The staircase was steep - not a problem for us, but to be aware of. We were surprised when we were told there was no breakfast - we thought it was included in the price (our mistake, but even a continental breakfast would have been good.

We booked the snuggle soon and enjoyed our stay very much. A short walk to have a very delicious breakfast, dinner or just a drink in the pub.

On the loch side, traditional building beautiful scenery , could sit outside with a drink. Also could access the beach and go swimming

Stairs to bedrooms were very steep, we were ok but anyone with mobility issues would have problems
