My husband found the stairs difficult as we were in the top of the building

Great old traditional bar. Stall were very friendly.

Booking.com did not mention that there was free secure parking at the property. We had already paid for parking elsewhere.

Clean and comfortable

Noisy road. Initial response on arrival was to immediately ask for payment even before we had been there less than a minute or seen the room.

We stayed in the top floor of the inn, which gave us a lovely view of the cathedral out our window. The room was very clean and comfortable. The hosts were so nice, and we enjoyed talking with them in the pub downstairs. Everything is within walking distance of the inn, which was nice. We were able to park at the inn for free and then walk where we wanted to go. Just a note, our room had a tub with a handheld shower, which one in our group did not like at all. It required sitting in the tub to bathe, rather than standing in a shower.
