Lovely country property - not a standard Lego box! Real charm and the team led by Steve and Sharon were excellent Food was so good we ‘ate in’ for four nights. Highly recommended

Friendly and helpful staff, we were made very welcome both at check in and when we went for food. Good food in the pub at both breakfast and dinner. Family room was a good size, comfortable and very clean. We would definitely stay here again. Great value for money. Close to the golf course, local villages and other attractions such as Eden camp, flamingo land and Yorkshire Water Park.

This was not a fault from the accommodation, but something to note; traffic can be quite loud due to the proximity to the road, however the hotel did provide earplugs. :)

A great welcome. Steve and his staff were so friendly. The rooms comfortable with everything you needed and so clean The food was excellent - freshly cooked and local. The breakfast was excellent and the fried eggs just as cooked at home, not horrible and undercooked yolks. Best I've had ever in a hotel in the UK! Pity it was so far from home, we were visiting relatives,.or we would be going again. Thank you Steve and the team for a lovely couple of days!!

Lovely room. Bathroom had a bath, which was welcome after a long day of walking. The staff were friendly. The food great. Had a great nights sleep. Only establishment to have decaf coffee sachets on the holiday!

If I were being picky, I'd like a bigger TV with more intuitive subtitles (it took me a moment or two to figure out how the subtitle button worked).
