Boutique Old City

The location and the staff. They were all very helpful and kind. Mirjalol also has very good English skills and is particularly kind and helpful. I think the staff here are some of the nicest and kindest people I have met on my travels. They work really well together and are like a family. Even the ones who don’t speak English try to help you the best they can. The staff made my stay very enjoyable.

It would have been good if we were able to pay by card at any time of the day rather than only at 8.30am and 11.30pm.

Good value for money with a very nice outside area. Very beautiful. and just on the outskirts of the old city

beds were a bit hard and rooms could have some newer furniture,but nothing to complain about

Great family run hotel. The room was big and comfortable. It was close to the centre of Bukhara. Breakfast was large and varied prepared by a very friendly lady.

It was all good but the directions on google maps may get you lost - we did!

Great location, but different from the address indicated on booking (500 meters further from the center) which makes it difficult to find.

Nice central courtyard where you can relax. You get what you pay for and this is a cosy little hotel that is value for money

It has an excellent breakfast. It was preferred because it was close to touristic areas.

The bathroom of the room we stayed in could have been better maintained.
