The inner courtyard is beautiful! Even it was to cold to sit outside, it was an amazing place. Breakfast was very diverse, and the staff was super friendly. The room itself was just like stated in the pictures, so perfect

The staff helped us to find a taxi to Shahrisabz and this was very appreciated. Breakfast was very rich.

It is an understatement to say that the facility meets all tourist requirements (position, service, etc.) The spirit of a caravanserai is something that makes this facility simply unique and wonderful. As soon as you enter the facility, you will be greeted by an interesting couple: A serious old gentleman who looks like a ghost from Aladdin's lamp - serious and benevolent. With him is a beautiful young assistant. Interestingly, not knowing English and the lame Russian language did not hinder communication at all. The next surprise followed at breakfast served by a lady whom we experienced as a mother - caring and understanding. Breakfast - extraordinary. But the main pearl of this object is Marijalol - a real ghost from the lamp. It simply fulfills all your wishes and needs from organizing a tour of Bukhara, securing train, plane and taxi tickets. You can do anything with him in Bukhari and you will want to stay at least a day longer. Quiet, operative and self-effacing he will refuse tips so you will have to insist simply to preserve your honesty. If I tell you that on our return from (closed and restrictive) Turkmenistan, we were provided with breakfast and the possibility of using a room for refreshment and rest, a taxi and train tickets before continuing to Samarkand, then you will understand that this team functions as an agency with a feeling for each individual guest . Simple - we will go to Bukhara again at the first opportunity.

Could it be anything better?

Great location, rooms as on the pictures (pretty spacious, comfortable beds), but the inner courtyard takes the win. It felt like an oasis of peace far from home. You can also buy beverages in the hotel (beer/water/soda) and sit in the courtyard. We actually stayed longer in this hotel than we initially planned because we loved it so much. Owner was super helpful (changed our money, showed us the way to the restaurant we intended to go in). Also big praises to the guy working as a receptionist, we didn't catch his name but he was more then helpful and very kind. :)

Mirjalol was an excellent host, always ready to help - even at late hours. He gave us great tips to move around and to make our stay in Bukhara an unfogettable one!

Very good hotel in old town, 5 mins walk to Lyabi Khauz & 15 mins to Kalan Mosque/minaret. Very comfortable. All staff very helpful, including reception, housekeeping & breakfast staff (especially young English-speaking man on reception.) Fine breakfast.

Nothing.

Staff doesn t speak english and not very helpfull. None advise has been given us. Payment cash as information by Booking, but it wasn t specified that they prefer Dollars in strada of Euro and if you pay in Euro they use exchange rate 1 usd to 1 euro when the daily ex. rate was 0,94. At the end the final Euro price is more than price written in Booking.
