Breakfast was okay.

Location could have been better.

The room was a good size with a large bathroom. I liked the keycard swipe entry into the rooms.

Shower didn’t get very hot but other than that everything was good

The hotel staff was very friendly, although the daytime receptionists could not speak English. That problem was solvable with a translation app though. The location of the hotel is pretty good, on the edge of the old city, and quite close to my favorite restaurant in the city, Chalet Bukhara, where I had five quite tasty meals in my four days in Bukhara. The room itself was cozy and quiet, so good for sleeping.

There was no toilet spray hose. This was the first time that I have experienced that in Asia. Also, it would have been good to have a "Please Make Up Room/Do Not Disturb" sign to put on the door. I like to take a nap in the afternoon, and I had no way of letting the maid know that I was in the room sleeping. So she knocked - and disturbed me during my rest. And the next day, she didn't know to clean the room while I was out during the morning. This is a very easy problem to fix, though.

The breakfast was excellent . One slight problem going to the tourist side of the city one has to go throught the labyrinth of lanes behind the hotel and though it's a small area I always manged to get lost . A printed or photo copied rough map would have helped a lot.

The room was okay. The breakfast and conditions were good enough for what we needed for two days.
