The Queens Inn

Location was great! Easy to walk to interesting places. Also the bus stop is nearby and very easy to use. Everyone is very friendly & helpful. I am lactose free , I asked in advance and they were happy to provide me with the correct milk at breakfast time. We ate at the hotel in the evening and the food was excellent.

The staff were so friendly, efficient and and helpful. Breakfast was very good whilst the evening dinner was, from an exstensive menu, excellent on each occasion Our bedroom was large, well equipped, and very comfortable. Spacious vehicle parking was pleasing and a frequent passing bus service was very useful. Thank you for a most enjoyable stay.

All meals and accommodation were brilliant. Breakfast was superb and catered for dietary needs without hesitation. Lunch and evening meals were great too. The publican, Mr J Jackson, was brilliant, from the time we set foot in the Inn to our early departure seven days later, he was brilliant, pragmatic and accommodating. His team were super helpful and nothing was to much trouble. This is a wonderful place to stay as a base, on several main bus routes, some challenging walks to the nearest beaches, good supermarkets, Co-Op and Morrisons are within a few minutes walk.

Nothing, all aspects of our stay were great, from late afternoon arrival to early departure was great.

Very helpful staff , clean, everything I needed.

Bedroom window opened out to back car park and noise from air con or kitchen could be heard but did stop later in evening. A couple sitting outside the back area at one of the tables making a lot of noise which was a shame gone 11pm . Weather so hot had to have window open otherwise I could have shut out all noise . So not really complaining just one of things .

The room was large, clean, and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent, and I enjoyed it being cooked fresh just as I liked it each morning.
