Absolutely love this Hotel and cannot rate it highly enough. The manager is such a lovely guy who simply can’t do enough for you. He pays attention to every single guest and goes out of his way to make sure everyone staying there is happy. Same can be said for the rest of the staff , they all give 100%

There’s nothing not to like because it’s just perfect.

We booked dinner at 5:45 prior to a concert starting at 7:30. After 15 mins no menus had been brought to us so I had to go looking for them. We had a very hungry toddler with us but this didn’t seem to encourage the staff to help us (and get us through more quickly). After half an hour someone finally took our order but we asked for our toddlers meal to be brought as soon as possible and mentioned that we had a concert to get to at 7:30. After multiple queries and complaints, our food finally turned up, all at the same time, 1.5 hours after we’d arrived. We had to wolf some of it down before running across to the concert. They did comp the meal in the end but it was so disappointing when the hotel itself seemed very nice. It completely ruined our day and our stay at The George.
