There is live music until late every Saturday evening and Sunday afternoon. Kindly note the guest is liable for any damages made to the property by themselves during their stay, and will be charged for damages if necessary. Please note that lunch is available from 12:00 until 15:00. The property does not offer evening meals. the bar restaurant serves meals from 12pm-3pm and we do have a street food hut which runs from Thursday-Sunday 4pm-8pmGuests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. Room was a nice size as was the shower en-suite. Rooms were decorated as for an old pub and fitted in ok. They would probably benefit from some TLC which would make cleaning and tidying easier on staff. Breakfast was really nice, hot and a varied choice. Some guests who came down a little later found that some items had run out but these items were provided subsequently on being asked. The location next to the castle and a good sized car park was excellent for getting into the town and for walks around the castle area.

Greater attention to cleanliness in the bedroom and en-suite. Some TLC in the main room with some updating of decor and decoration. A little more of each continental item for breakfast would ensure all guests had a good choice of items.
