Modern, Luxurious and Prime location All in One

The apartment itself and it's location we're great. They allow dogs which was a huge plus and the parking garage was helpful albeit a parking spot costs extra per day.

Being on the 4th floor with no elevator nor water pressure in the shower totally sucked.

Good location within walking distance to many attractions. Room was clean and comfortable. I especially like the windows that can be opened to let in the cool ocean breeze.

As others have said, the hotel is located on a flight path and planes are pretty loud. But keeping the windows closed at night blocks out most of the noise so it didn’t disturb my sleep. Plus earplugs are provided.

The location - close to Balboa park which is great to explore and short ride to the airport. The bed - really comfortable. Thought it was good value for what I paid. Cool view from the window. Didn’t interact with the host/property management in person but they seemed friendly and welcoming.

The location - because it’s so close to the airport you can hear the planes, bothered me the first night before I got used to it. There also aren’t a ton of restaurants and things to do within walking distance other than Balboa park. Thin walls - I could hear the people above me whenever they walked. Water pressure was lacking, not a dealbreaker. Pillows weren’t great.

The location was great and the apartment was equipped with basics for the stay. It is directly in the flight path, which didn't bother me, but could be disruptive for some.

The pillows were so incredibly uncomfortable, like dense boulders. Thank goodness there was an extra comforter set in the closet that had a smaller, less massive pillow. There were also some issues with the gate & codes.

The location was fantastic. The items given were good as far as fridge, dish soap, coffee, cupboard full of cups, plates, etc. Pretty clean and well maintained. The bed was comfortable. Automatic lights and locks. Overall, a very good place to stay for the value. I didn't need the staff, but they seemed communicative and welcoming.

Water pressure wasn't great. The walls were thin, so you could hear a decent amount going on in other rooms/unites and outside. Planes fly over downtown pretty low, so be prepared for plane noise as well.

I liked that it was in a very nice area with a really good price
