Convenient location, right next to Balboa Park. Clean and cool with A.C. Staff very attentive and courteous.

Noise from suite above due to creaking floors and occupier on the move throughout the night and early morning.

It is very basic, you have what you need for spending a night or two in SD, good location for the center of town, clean, next to the beautiful Balboa park

Climbing the stairs to 3rd floor with suitcases is not fun, many homeless in the neighbourhood

Good set up with hassle free entry. Nice big studio apartments with utensils and supplies. Pleasant hosts. I would stay here again on my next visit

Very clean and room has everything. Also the bed was very comfortable.

Nothing really and it was enough but I wish the shower water pressure were a bit higher.
