"Great place to stay if you want to visit downtown San Diego and Balboa Park."

The unit was really well set up & clean, it was nice to have a separate bedroom. The living area had great view of the city, comfortable seating and dining, and everything we needed. The location was perfect, easy to walk to downtown San Diego or Balboa Park. We read some reviews complaining about the proximity of the airport and overhead flights. We didn’t find it noisy at all and enjoyed watching the planes flying past.

Difficult to find unmetered parking. We were OK because the owner gave us the one free parking spot right in front and we just kept our vehicle parked the whole time. Otherwise one would need to use the downstairs parking garage for $20 a night.

"Very comfortable, very nice, great area."

Space separation in the room was very nice, having the bedroom very dark was nice for sleep. Appreciated the headphones for sleep that were provided. Soap in the bathroom was good quality and smelled good, provided water and towels. Additionally, offers early check in and late checkout for a fee. Convenient location, very walkable.

A lot of directions to access unit, not terribly difficult but do have to go through 3 codes. A little noisy but can’t complain, headphones if you’re a light sleeper.

I really liked the room, the bed was so comfortable. It was clean. The location was really good, to the minutes walking.

The biggest issue with the room is that you hear literally everything, even normal conversations of the neighbors. Also there are many rooms in the complex so many people leave there. Sometimes it is really loud.

Location was good. Customer service was good. Bed was comfortable.

Taking stairs in narrow halls. We were under the impression there was a kitchen with a stove. Floors were dirty. Hair on floor and on bed.

Very sparsely appointed. Only one hand towel for two guests. One bath towel each. No tissues.

Beautiful place

Got thrown out because of accidentally broke window. And wouldn't leave so we could get dressed then had pay cash to get my keys out of room
