Stairs are little hard to take the check in baggages to the 3/4th floor

Location was great and so was the staff! Great room for price compared to others in the area. I felt very safe. Great distance to little Italy and downtown.

Loved almost everything! You can sort of hesr the planes flying over at night but it's not too bad. Could also hear the person above the room walking around and talking sometimes but it was never too distracting.

The property is perfectly located, right next to Balboa Park and 10 mins walk from downtown. The room was unexpectedly big, clean, with a lot of natural light. The bed was big and comfortable and the kitchen/living area was a great plus. Also, the staff is the nicest! They were super helpful with every need. I would come back 100%.

Automatic access through codes. Didn’t have or need to see anyone. Simple booking and a great view

I had difficulties operating the Venetian blinds

Great location, free parking on the street, spacious apartment, apartment has everything you need (toothbrush, tea kettle, hairdryer, paper tower, toaster, coffee maker, tea, coffee, etc) Near Balboa Park, walking distance to Gaalamp Quarter , excellent host, keyless... Overall great place to stay.

Sometime you can hear your neighbors if they are loud.

Cozy studio apartment, well equipped and clean.

No elevator, but the owners helped with carrying the luggage. No street with free parking in front of of the building as stated in description.

Our first visit was a positive experience. However upon our 2nd visit, we were disappointed. Ali the guy in the reception was dismissive and unfriendly. The first night of our stay we asked if there were another room as the people upstairs were loud. We asked to be relocated but Ali quickly dismissed our request, that he can’t move us because he is fully booked for the weekend. And even told us that the walls are thin and it’s normal to hear the noises and conversation of other guest in other rooms. He also arrogantly joked that he can only do something if we extended our stay! However the next morning, the room upstairs checked out. We had a quick word with the occupants and they were heading to their next destination. We were hoping that Ali would have honoured our request to be moved but got ignored instead. Nevertheless we would not be returning nor recommend it to anyone of our family and friends. And parking is a hassle and feel unsafe to be walking in the area.
