One Bedroom Apartment with San Diego Downtown View

Comfy beds. Clean and spacious. The host is extra accommodative with requests. 😊

The location was close to Little Italy and Balboa Park which are must see places in San Diego.

Gorgeous apartment right next to balboa park. Super location and really comfortable place to stay. The bed was super comfortable and the views from the apartment at sunset were gorgeous. There is a CVS right beside the building which was reallly handy if you needed anything quick. Really close to popular spots like little Italy which was a lovely walk in the morning when heading out for breakfast and lunch.

The streets surrounding the apartment do not have much lighting so I needed to taxi back in the evenings but that is just something I’d notice as a solo traveller and is not a fault of the property.

The apartment was clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. Free street parking was across the street and it's located next to Balboa Park.

Wish there could have been a bathroom counter, and more than one towel bar in the bathroom. Although Little Italy is only a half a mile away the return up hill walk is very strenuous.

A/C was not cold enough. Being on the third floor with minimal a/c was uncomfortable. We opened windows for fresh air.

King size bed with great comfortable mattress. A full size living room was spacious. My apartment was very clean and the apt. looked new!! Good shower, 5 minutes from the San Diego zoo by Uber. On the corner of the biggest park in San Diego(Balboa Park).Seems to be 10 minutes from all, baseball stadium, airport, etc.

No elevator, so if your in a “C” apt., you are on the third floor, (A,B on 1 and 2 respectively, etc., and you don’t know your assigned apt. until your arrival or at least, I didn’t.

- It was extremely noisy: You were able to hear everything from the other people in the building (walking, talking etc.), busy street, airplanes. For us it was not possible to sleep even though the accommodation provided ear plugs. - sketchy area - the room was somewhat dirty
