Les and Lorraine were great hosts. Room very clean and comfortable.

Would have preferred another choice of real ale and home cooked food choice for evening meal. But understand the reason why this is not available.

Friendly and helpful. Food was good and take trouble to look after you - hospitality as it should be.

Great location we were going to a wedding 1.5 miles away from the property. Clean, lovely helpful staff. We requested an early check in and were accommodated kindly. Comfortable bed, and breakfast was spot on! Would definitely recommend. Thank you for your hospitality. X

The only negative is we struggled to get a taxi to the wedding which isn’t the properties fault. Again very kindly, the staff provided us with a lift ! Above and beyond what we expected. We are very grateful. Beautiful people x

Excellent stay

Nothing was too much trouble for the hosts, Les & Lorraine. Les went out of his way to phone & arrange a reliable taxi firm to take and bring us back from a wedding. There was a varied menu for the evening meal and the portions were big and well cooked. The breakfast was plentiful and freshly cooked. The rooms looked newly refurbished and were very comfortable.

The check in lady / waitress / bar tender was wonderful. The bath tub was big and comfortable.
