Location and off road parking

No one to meet and greet. Only member of staff seen was the lady at breakfast. Breakfast was very limited no fresh fruit, no continental just toast and a few cereals plus a limited cooked breakfast. Stayed in room 7, needs upgrading, only the middle part of shower working and a crack in the sink which has obviously been like it for some time. No one attended to the room for the 3 days we stayed so no beds made and no tea or milk replaced had to buy a milk from the shop nearby. For the high price paid you would expect more staff on site. All in all a very disappointing experience.

Great access code system. Efficient and clean.

The mattress needed replacing. Dipped in the middle and not a great sleep.
