Clean and comfortable, nice large bedroom. Quick walk to city centre.

I had told them I was vegan prior to the trip. My cooked breakfast consisted of lots of baked beans a few slices of mushrooms and half a tomato. The beans were 3/4 of the plate. They had signs up about dietary needs but clearly had no intention of providing for them. They did message me asking what products I would like but as I do not know the area I did not know what would be available.

Parking on site, easy check in via keypads. Room was ok, very clean. I gor shower as requested. Breakfast good, with lovely lady serving. Ok for the money, a little TLC would be beneficial. But hey, stayed in worse.

The outside area wasn't loved, and our room looked out to a grubby shed. But we booked at 6pm the night before arrival.

Lovely clean room with a comfortable bed. Fabulous space. Shower was satisfactory. Was quite difficult to find and had to drive around in circles for a while to find the property, but once we had located it, we had a space available to us

Was sooooooo hot. A fan was provided but was still exceptionally hot.. windows open up close to footpath outside so was a bit uncomfortable with leaving them open.

Everything. Was told would be on first floor, was right at top on third floor, rooms bad in eves kept banging heads, dirty and very dated. Shared shower was awful. Could not open roof windows as full of cobwebs and spiders above bed in room 10.

Good service at breakfast. Keyless entry system worked well. Nice quiet location but really close to city centre.

The location was good and the size of the room was nice and there were clothes hangers in the cupboard but there is little else to recommend this place.

The room was over 30C when we arrived and the window was locked so we could not open it to cool the room; the only external ventilation was a small open quarterlight in the bathroom. The double bed was the smallest I have seen in a long time and it was supposedly a three person room but had only two chairs. All of the power points were behind furniture so you had move furniture to access them. But the worst thing was the shower; it was hand held and almost impossible to get to the correct temperature. The hot water took several minutes to warm up and when you did final get the tiny amount of cold added to the meagre water pressure, it fluctuated between scalding hot and freezing cold. At £120 per night this was outrageous. The piece de resistance though was in the morning when we came down for breakfast (included in the price). Even though we had received a message stating that breakfast was from 8am-10am on Saturdays, when we got down at 9:20am we were informed breakfast finished at 9:15am, on a Saturday!
