Lavendra Paradise

Our stay at Lavender’s Paradise in Ella was amazing! The views were absolutely stunning, and the breakfast was one of the best we’ve had.The host was fantastic, he even had his own tuk-tuk, which we hired for the day. He took us around Ella and showed us all the main sights, making the most of our limited time there. It was an unforgettable experience and we highly recommend staying at Lavender’s Paradise if you are visiting Ella!

The views from the room were absolutely spectacular. You can clearly see a large waterfall and a train bridge embedded into the mountain (I saw several trains pass). The outdoor terrace was wonderful for relaxing and enjoying the views. The room was really large and incredibly clean. The bed was comfortable and it was very quiet. The hosts are the friendliest and most helpful people I’ve come across in Sri Lanka. There is also a laundry service and taxi/tuktuk arrangement facility on site. It is only 5-10 minutes walking to Ella Main Street, so you can still easily go into town, but stay away from the noisy town centre. Can’t recommend this place more!

Gorgeous place. We stayed for one night but really wish we had stayed longer. The view from our room was incredible, breakfast served on our patio amazing, and the staff were so friendly. I would recommend a Tuk Tuk into Ella centre to avoid walking along the road. And Ella itself is great. Fabulous!

We loved everything

It really was paradise. The view from our patio and the pretty garden was spectacular over the steep valley, Ella Rock and Little Adam’s Peak which we hiked to. I could have chilled on the sun chairs at that view all day. The breakfast was huge and delicious and lasted us all day. Shan and Lakmal looked after us well and Shan picked us up and took us back to the station and also a trip to Pallewela Ella waterfall. The room was very spacious and clean with a fridge and refreshments. A short walk into town or a tuk tuk. Thank you.

The view from terrace was stunning. Breakfast was outstanding, better than most 5 star hotels.

This was a fantastic hotel and the location was amazing, the breakfast was simply stunning and the staff were so helpful,did not want to leave 7 Star ⭐⭐⭐⭐ ⭐⭐⭐

About a 10-15 minute walk from the centre of Ella, away from the hustle and bustle but not too far. Great views, comfortable room - strong recommend!
