Nags Head

Terrible cleanliness, dilapidated facilities. All round very very poor for the price. Currently in the process of being sold as I understand so little care and attention to customers.

Nothing went well, I wanted to check out as soon as I had seen the room but they as a pub were full, and there was nowhere else to go within a reasonable distance. The staff know it is a dreadful situation and explained they know they are sinking but can't do anything about it. The staff were actually the saving grace of the situation who tried their very best to make an awful situation better

The room was grubby, and I mean really grubby. The bathroom lino didn't fit the floor space, the walls were filthy with a variety of hand prints and dirt on them, the dressing table was glass and cracked really badly as was a drawer of the same table. No mirror in the bathroom, the bedding was filthy, covered in some sort of oil it appeared, the carpet had burns in it and the road was incredibly noisy all night long and got worse from about 5.30am onwards.

A very old pub. Creaky floors and low ceilings.Facilities were good. Very comfortable bed. Great tea and coffee making stuff. Everything worked efficiently. Staff were lovely very helpful and made you feel at home. Price excellent. Food was really good. Scrambled egg for breakfast for perfect!

The comfort is there but if you want a pristine environment this is not for you.

Nice 15th century establishment with all mod cons. Room was nice and spacious and food choices were good.

Bar staff a bit slow and unaware. Plus they didn't want to serve us a drink at 9.30 pm despite being open until 11
