Nice big room with A/C and bathroom/shower. Friendly family staff

Not the perfect location but everything is close so not a big deal

Noisy, thin walls. We accidentally broke a cup and one of the workers came in and aggressively demanded us to pay for the cup. We have never experienced such disrespect for an accident before. And he was aggressive and rude to us for the remainder of the visit.

Nice location, great price and shower was nice.

Wonderful hostel with great hot showers, well equipped kitchen, friendly staff, comfy hammocks, use of shower in reception after a morning at the beach, and before the 3pm ferry to Santa Cruz.

Can't think of anything we didn't like.

- staff isn't very welcomning - the street is directly in front - A/C sounds from all rooms are noisy

- the staff was very nice and welcoming, and very accommodating! When we realised that we had to leave the island one day before the initial date because there was no ferry, they gave us back the money for one night without any problem :) - the room was spacious enough and there was shelves where we could put our luggages - we had a nice little balcony with a table where we could relax - the wifi worked well - the location was good, very close to the beach and city center

Without curtains the staff can look inside the room all the time, therefore no daylight possible.
