The Fylingdales Inn

Staff were excellent. Very hardworking. Very polite and helpful, very efficient. Excellent food, both breakfast and evening meal were exceptional, very varied menu, decent price. Comfy room with tea/coffee. Bedding nice and clean. Bathroom clean.

Being super picky here, stained headboard, black mould on the sealant in the bathroom. Maybe a fan in the room during the heatwave.

We enjoyed our recent stay at Fylingdales Inn. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Food was excellent. It was an ideal spot to explore Robin Hood's Bay and Whitby. The only complaint would be the mattress was extremely hard and uncomfortable.

Cleanliness of room , it needs a deep clean and updating

Hotel was perfectly situated, right next to Robin Hood's bay, and a 10 minute drive to Whitby. The room was very nice, and clean, and the breakfast was really good! Staff were also nice, and polite.

The only minor complaint I have, was the window banged a little in the room from the wind. But it wasn't a real issue.

Location nothing was a problem for the staff loved the shower

Disappointing first morning blackpudding burnt to a crisp lots of flies about garden furniture could do with upgrade locals seemed a bit unfriendly

We had a newly refurbished family room on the top floor which gave us a seating area. The staff were really friendly and efficient. Breakfasts and evening meals were generous and tasty and there was a nice ambiance in the pub in the evening. The location meant you could walk to Robin Hood’s Bay in 20 mins. We walked along the Cinder Track to Ravenscar and back along the Cleveland Way which was fantastic!
