Breakfast good location lovely

Nothing to dislike

Lovely food and staff helpful and welcoming. Room ok. Little niggles but nothing that was an actual issue.c

Only thing I would comment on but not complain about us that bathroom window did not open and no extractor.

Very comfortable room and nice large bathroom with corner bath when moved to larger room due to problem with no hot water in shower.

There could have been some fresh fruit available at breakfast.

As room was for two people perhaps two chairs? My wife's suggestion perhaps a wall mirror for make up purpose. (hence the wife's suggestion )

Great location less than 15 min easy walk to Robin Hoods Bay, and close to many popular locations if travelling by car. The restaurant at the property served very good home cooked food with an extensive affordable menu which seemed very popular with the locals and holiday guests. We were the only guests on the second and third days and were made very welcome at Breakfast by the very friendly Chef Andrew who was also attending to our table those two mornings.

We stayed in room number 1 which had a very small shower cubicle located in the bedroom area outside of the lockable bathroom. This meant that the person taking the shower was clearly visible from the bedroom area. The bathroom was however large enough to accommodate an over bath shower. We were also concerned that there was a lot of black mould around the window frames in the bathroom and on the windows themselves , which would not have taken too much effort to keep clean. This was also apparent around the shower frame.

the stairs are hard going, we new they would be because of the room location.
