My family recently stayed at the Nayara Hangaroa hotel for 5 nights and couldn't have been more pleased with our visit. We purchased the Discover package which included daily tours of the island as well as breakfast and either lunch or dinner each day. All of the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Cecelia, our tour coordinator was wonderful. She helped us choose the most appropriate tours for our group and arranged everything perfectly. The guides on the 5 tours we took were all native to the island, sharing their family history and local folklore with us. This was extremely meaningful. Our guides were Tama, Teva and Joe Joe and they were amazing. Also, the wait staff was incredible. This would include Max, Katia, Leonie and Wally among others. They would greet us with a smile each morning and take care of all our needs. We thoroughly appreciated them. All in all we would highly recommend this hotel and hope to one day return.
CLDesayuno excelente, mucha variedad, la reposición era rápida, pasaban constantemente consultando si queríamos más café , los omelette de lujo, la limpieza del hotel también tiene un alto puntaje, la amabilidad de la gente que trabaja ahí también es un punto a favor, muy buena disposición, el Restaurante que se pide hora , es excelente, la puesta de sol que se da al frente del restaurante, fue de las mas lindas que me toco vivir.
Las camas no son tan cómodas, son chicas, falta agrandar las camas, el sofá cama (que tiene una base de piedra ) el colchón y la base hace que sea muy duro el dormir ahí, creo que es un punto en contra para lo bueno que es el hotel, además podría tener animación nocturna, quizás algo en vivo para la noche, en el bar por ej, o un show pascuense.

CLEl lugar es maravilloso, super seguro y bien mantenido, además, está cerca de todo. Sin duda es el mejor lugar de la Isla (y conozco varios). Agradecimientos especiales a Isabel, Josefina, Cecilia, Hanga y Yoyo (nuestros guías), Galicia, Emerson, Wally, Gabriela, Katia, Leonel, Paula y a Vai. Son un equipo humano maravilloso.
En el restaurante Kaloa (cena por la noche) nos hubiera gustado que los códigos estuvieran un poquito más claros. Es un restaurante 5 estrellas donde las familias tendrían que tener claro que los niños no pueden estar con el teléfono a todo volumen. A su vez, algunos adultos deberían bajar el tono de voz. Uno va a relajarse, no a escuchar dispositivos de niños y adultos ajenos. El lugar lo hacen los trabajadores y también los huéspedes.

CLLa calidez y calidad del hotel. Excelente atencion del personal, te hacen sentir muy cercano. Una mencion especial para la guia Vaitea por mostrarnos la isla de una forma tan amigable que nos hizo enamorarnos de la isla.
La distribucion del baño. Ampliar la carta del restaurant.
