We stayed 5 days and 4 nights at Nayara Hanga Roa. The hotel is in a prime location, close to the water and within walking distance to town. We had a fantastic room with perfect views of the ocean. Excursions were well-planned and the guides were all very knowledgeable. The food was amazing, with a wide variety of options on the menu. The fish was so fresh each day! The staff is the shining star of the resort, as they were so kind, welcoming, and attentive. Even when a 65-person chartered group flew in to stay for two nights, we felt cared for and continued to get undivided attention. So grateful for this wonderful experience.

We spent a week at the Nayara Hangaroa and loved every minute of our experience! The staff were exceptionally attentive, our room was amazing (ocean view suite), and the food was outstanding. The location so close to the town was really great as we walked everywhere. We have traveled to over 60 countries and find that this hotel was one of the best we have encountered. We would definitely recommend the Nayara Hangaroa to anyone wanting a first-class experience!

I really enjoyed my stay at Nayara Hangaroa. The room was beautiful — spacious, comfortable, and had a wonderful island atmosphere. The food was delicious, with a nice variety of options and great presentation. The service throughout the hotel was excellent; everyone was friendly, attentive, and made me feel well taken care of. The only part that didn’t quite meet my expectations was the tour arranged through the hotel — it wasn’t as smooth or well-organized as I had hoped. Other than that, everything else was outstanding. I’d definitely recommend Nayara Hangaroa for a relaxing and memorable stay on Easter Island!

Overpriced. Room was onoy nice but not what i consider a luxury resort. Almost no amenities and hotel seems to be rushing guests out on check-out day. Location was lovely, servers were great, and meal prices were fair but wine selections were disappointing. Only 3 small bottles of free water for 2 nights. Privacy sign on door not respected. No wash cloths. Easter Island is very special - this resort is not.
