There was a reason that the room was so cheap, not enough blankets, noisy, the light switch was literally hanging off the wall, ,only 1 power point, no facilities to make a tea or coffee, no soap in the toilet that was down a corridor, the fan didn’t work etc.

"Great location however what was advertised and what was presented was very different."

Location was good.

Unable to lock window. Door lock very flimsy and loose. Excessively loud music till midnight. Fridge old,rusty and smelly. Hotel patrons parking in room allocated spots. No soap and very little toilet paper. Cleaner vacuuming adjacent room at 6:30am. Unable to close curtains fully leaving a large gap, exposing room to the outside, anyone can see in. Room looked nothing like pictures.

"did not stay after i complained the owner refunded my money and told me it was Bookings.com falt"

everything, you people said it had airconditioning it didnt you also said it had a balcony it didnt you also said it had a shared kitchen it didnt it was just a bare room with 2 beds in it i would not let a dod stay in it and its not the first time you have done this to me not happy at all
