Setting was nice but to be expected in the lakes

Massively Over priced! Paid £300 for one night in the family room, was struggling to get anywhere last minute but prices shouldn’t be inflated for last minute bookings

The room was pretty with all expected amenities. The lunch and dinner were decent.

The mattress springs were pushing through so it was very uncomfortable. The wait for breakfast and even just a coffee was 35 minutes (I timed it) and the toast was cold as were the sausages. However it did seem that they were under staffed so I cannot blame the lack of trying from the waitress.

Great location and great atmosphere

Room very good, food smashing. Staff were very helpful and polite.

Unfortunatley we could not work out how to use the shower, perhaps a little note in the room about it would help.

The jacket potato with tuna mayonnaise was the best that I have ever tasted. The beer brewed next-door was very good.

The curtains allowed a little too much light from the street lamp outside the window.
