Finnvikhaugen Rooms

Great experience staying at Finnvikhaugen Rooms, the bed was comfortable and the room had everything we needed. You obviously need a car to move around but the area surrounding is beautiful and has many hiking routes. The staff was very friendly and helpful and we felt welcomed all the time. We would have loved to stay a bit longer. I definitely recommend this accomodation.

Maybe we would have wanted a bit more indications when arriving, however, we could reach out to the staff easily and they replied straight away so nothing major.

The place is incredible and the host is amazing! Everything that you need is there. Kitchen is fully equipped and there are also overalls that you can borrow to keep you warm while watching the northern lights. The atmosphere is amazing and the decorations in the corridor make this place very special and cosy. The host really put his heart into this. There is a possibility to self check-in, but the host will still ensure you have everything you need. We felt very welcommed, thank you!

We have never experienced such warmth in one place. It's not just that the house is beautiful, the spacious room, with the most comfortable bed in all of Norway, a cozy living room with a fireplace, a view of the fjord, leather armchairs, a TV and a coffee machine. It's not just the spacious kitchen with all the items you might need. Neither are their bathrooms new and super clean. What we liked the most is the MAGIC that happens there. Don't bother looking for her all over Lapland. We want to confirm that Johan's house is the real house of Santa Claus. This kind carpenter has built it with his own hands. He won't admit it, but you can see his sleigh on the roof. Northern lights in front of the most wonderful mountains, having a hot chocolate offered by the host with the most delicious Christmas cookies. As if this were not enough, I suffered a mishap with my leg and suddenly Johan appeared with some saving crutches. When things are done with the heart, you can notice it. That is why we assure you that it is much more than just accommodation. We loved it so much that we came back again to enjoy it for a few more days, and we can only recommend it with all our strength.
