Finnvikhaugen Rooms

Just perfect - very modern, well equipped and comfortable. The kitchen is far superior to most private ones. You can really feel at home.

Getting there is a bit strenuous for the suspension. ;-)

It's a really cozy and warm place, really worth the drive. Would definitely stay there again. The check-in was very smooth. The rooms are comfortable, very good duvets. Bed linen and towels are included in the price. The shared kitchen is very well equipped, shared bathrooms are nice and well planned. In general, if you like peace and quiet, I recommend staying a few days. It's a perfect place to take a break from intensive travelling. The views around are amazing and there are beautiful forests nearby (there are berries, if you arrive at the right time). However, make sure to have enough food with you as otherwise you will have to drive to the nearest town. Neither of the roads leading to Finnvikhaugen Rooms are perfect, but the worst parts have now been fixed.

The rooms had everything we needed and the softest bed I’ve ever stayed in. All facilities seemed brand new and there was a big kitchen to cook in. The host Johan was very friendly and helpful. The entrance to the rooms were on the back side of the building, I hope this helps someone else.

I have nothing bad to say about Finnvikhaugen Rooms, but the drive was a long way on a very poor road and there were nowhere to buy food nearby. The host had been very kind to inform us to buy food before arriving, so it was all good for us.
