Location. Flexibility for arrival

GBWe visited on a beautiful day, and enjoyed the pub garden a lot. The rooms were well-appointed and comfortable. We had dinner and breakfast there, and it was all freshly cooked, with lots of options. The staff were really friendly and helpful. We would stay again!
GBGBGBNice clean room with excellent bathroom. 5 min bus ride into Petersfield although limited service. Great Breakfast.
Bar closed early , I returned after 10pm (tuesday) to find the pub in darkness. I had not had late entry explained to me. Had to search around the pub for the door to whch I had a key. Beware of the dog sign made me nervous to try door behind gate.
GBAlthough the room was a little dated it was clean and comfortable . Good evening meals and excellent breakfast
