GBFriendly and welcoming staff. We were shown to our rooms by lovely staff. The new technology with the shower, the side lamps and mirror were brilliant. The food and service very good.Beds are so comfy, slept quite well. Dog friendly. Both my husband and myself loved everything.

GBThe mattress was excellent, nice and comfortable, had a great sleep. And the staff were very friendly. The English breakfast was also very good.
The headboard of my bed was not attached to either the bed or the wall. It was just standing on 2 legs between the bed and the wall. And there was a musty/sewerage type of smell when you opened the bathroom door, although that didn't drift into the bedroom.

GBGood comfortable room, nice to have a hospitality tray with plenty of supplies. Really good breakfast. Lovely lady serving. Very dog friendly.
The plug for the hairdryer was not near. A mirror, could have done with an extension lead. Be aware of stairs to rooms and then through several doors. Would have been useful to have staff offer to help with our luggage, but we arrived late and the pub was closing and to be fair we didn't ask for a hand.
