There is no free breakfast, but the location is just too good it is located almost center of the city and going to malls is just a walking distance

The comfort room door is misaligned and cannot be totally locked

What I like about the property is that it is very accessible to center places such as SM Gensan and Gaisano Mall (both 5-10 mins walk) and the rooms are spacious + with outlets everywhere.

The shower was our only problem in the facility since the shower holder was already damaged, and also it would be nice to have some shower curtains at least as a partition between the toilet and the shower area.

Check in process is very bad. No one was there to assist us initially and ive been knocking on the door of the manager before they assisted me.

It was bigger and clean and they gave soap

The floor wasn't clean enough it has hairs, ants and doesn't have free water, the location is nice but give more details and signage also the phone number indicated in the information is incorrect which I think can be improved

the staff and owner were excellent hosts and very hospitable. the 30m2 room with double bed was spacious, clean, with hot water and wifi. it has its own canteen where one can buy food. good value for money.

the single room #7 was unpleasant - no hot water in the shower, electrical wirings were topsy turvy, the drip water from the aircon drips to the floor of the comfort room making rhe floor always wet. these defects can be easily corrected.
